How easy is it to order with Uber Shop?
Ordering is simple, orders can be placed by phone or through our website
You need to be registered with our website and have a valid payment Debit/Credit Card. Orders can be completed in 3 simple steps and usually within a couple of minutes. Read in detail about How to Shop?

How safe are my registration details?
We have put the highest security standards on our website. We do not share your personal information with any third party. You can read more about Our Privacy Policy.

How do I know that a Product is available on your website?
As we also import and distribute a number of well-known brands we usually have stocks in large numbers. Most products you see on our website are available in our warehouse. On the rare occasion we may run out of stock in which case we will notify you immediately when it will be available and dispatched.

If I want to make changes to an order what do I do?
You can make as many changes to your order before it is processed and dispatched from our warehouse. You will not be charged extra for delivery. You can make changes to your order by contacting our customer services or by phoning us.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for full refund at any time before your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse. In case your order has been dispatched please read our Returns section

What payment cards do you accept?
We accept Visa Debit and Credit cards, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, American Express and PayPal. If you are unsure about your payment card please contact our customer services

What about my Order Confirmation/Status?
Soon after you have placed your order with us you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number. You can also log into your Account section to view your order details

Postage, Packaging & Delivery:
When can I expect my delivery?
We usually aim to ship majority of our orders the same day as long as they are placed with us before 3.00pm. Once dispatched our orders are delivered within 1 to 4 days from the date of delivery, depending on the delivery service chosen.

How can I check the status of my delivery?
After we have dispatched your order, we send you an email notifying you of your tracking details. You can then track the progress of your delivery from the time of dispatch from our warehouse to its arrival

Are there are any restrictions to delivery?

Replacement & Returns:
What is your replacement policy?
It is our top priority to sell products of high manufactured standards. On the odd occasion if you receive an item in a substandard condition we will send a replacement item free of charge. We may ask you ship us the faulty product

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order any time before we have dispatched the order. After dispatch you can still cancel your order by sending us the product in good unused condition. You will still be liable for shipping charges we may have incurred in sending the products to you.

You will be responsible for return delivery charges. You have 28 days from the time of receipt of delivery to return the goods in their original packaging for a full refund.
